Michelle Ogundehin is a global influencer with expertise. Originally trained as an architect, she is today internationally renowned as an authority on style, the home and contemporary culture.

A TV presenter, writer, expert on colour theory, and an award-winning magazine editor, she is also an established social commentator and creative visionary. Her mission? To decode the worlds of style, design and trends.

Michelle's skill is to put these worlds into context, joining the cultural dots to make entertaining stories that are relevant to as many people as possible. As she puts it, "design shapes the world, trends flavour it and style is what you choose; so a good translation is essential!"

A self-confessed clutter clearing obsessive and detail queen, Michelle was born in Manchester, grew up in London and now lives in Brighton. A lover of colour, pattern, pots, texture and tiles, she is Editor-at-Large of ELLE Decoration UK and was a Trustee of the V&A from 2008 - 2015.

In recent years, she has enthusiastically presented a range of design-based features and programmes for television, including Inside Out Homes and Grand Designs: House of the Year.
