James is a passionate chef, self-sufficiency and sustainable living expert.
He lives in Cornwall with his wife Holly and their young children. In 2013 James and Holly founded the Posh Pasty Company, producing award-winning gourmet pasties using the finest Cornish ingredients. They travelled the south west in their vintage VW Food Truck - attending street festivals and supplying Selfridges Food Hall.
James is a keen environmental activist who wants to equip people for the climate crisis by sharing essential skills in an inspirational way.
James is currently working on his new book, for Dorling Kindersley – The Artisan Kitchen.
